We are a town by the sea and have an excellent shopping centre. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and locally caught fish is served. Various cuisines available to suit all tastes.

We have the Sussex Downs close by for walking and cycling. Rivers to sail or canoe on and paragliding for the more adventurous. Arundel Castle, Brighton pavilion are popular.

Worthing is also the Mecca for outdoor bowls. The English Bowling Association has its headquarters in Worthing and that is because we have some of the finest greens in the country. We hold the major championships here during the month of August. A very popular time in Worthing for locals and tourists.

Beach House park is also famous for its gardens. Marine Garden also is good for bowls, pitch and putt and just relaxing.
