Rooks Hill is a charming 17th century, grade II listed house that has been recently renovated and now boasts six individually designed luxury en-suite rooms.

A delicious 'AA award' winning breakfast including fresh fruit, our own fresh free-range eggs and homemade bread and preserves is served in the sunny, oak beamed breakfast room overlooking the garden.

All our rooms have lovely contemporary en-suite bathrooms, lcd flat screen digital tv's, hairdryers, 'White Company' Toiletries, and hospitality trays with fine teas, coffees, drinking chocolate and mineral water.

There is also a cosy guest lounge, private parking and two county pubs serving excellent food within close walking distance.

Situated within 5 minutes of Chichester and Goodwood and close to The Weald and Downland Museum, West Dean College and Gardens, Fishbourne Roman Palace, Chichester Cathedral and many more places of interest in the area.

We are at the foot of the South Downs so there are plenty of lovely walks and places to cycle.

Prices from £105 - £125 per room per night fully inclusive of full English Breakfast and VAT.

Minimum of 2 nights stay at weekends in peak season.

Supplements may apply for Goodwood event weekends.
