Buncton Manor Farm
Buncton Manor Farmhouse is a 15th Century partly moated farmhouse surrounded by fields on a working farm with horses in the fields surrounding the house.
All the rooms have views of the water and the surrounding countryside. The ducks on the moat are always waiting to be fed!
Gatwick Airport is about 45 minutes drive away making us an ideal first or last stop for overseas visitors. The Newhaven ferry is 40 minutes drive away.
There are numerous gardens open to the public (e.g. Wakehurst Place, Nymans and Sheffield Park Gardens) and National Trust properties in the area (Petworth House and Uppark).

We have two comfortable letting rooms, one has a double bed and the other has twin beds. Both rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, multi-channel colour televisions, WiFi and share a large private bathroom.
An AGA cooked English or continental breakfast is served with home baked bread, home made marmalade and jams in the dining room overlooking the moat. Packed lunches are available by prior arrangement.
Guests are welcome to use the large garden.
There is ample off road parking.
