This is a family run B&B, we are less than a mile away from the City Centre.
Leeds is a thriving city with a great night life. Anyone visiting Leeds for the first time will be excited by it as it has so much to offer. There are various major attractions. Leeds United Football Club is only about a five minute drive away from the B & B, The White Rose Shopping Centre is again only a five minute drive away from the B & B.
Anyone not wanting to go into the City Centre, can go to the White Rose Shopping Centre and see all the different shops, restaurants, and supermarkets it offers, with ample parking available. South Leeds Stadium is also very close by. It takes only about 3 or 4 minutes to walk to the Stadium from the B & B.
There are great views and lots to see and do for all the family. Anyone wanting to join the motorways can do so as it is very easy to access the major motorways from the B & B. There is easy access to train, bus/coach stations, it is also very cheap to travel to and from the B & B by taxi to the City Centre, there is off road parking available.
The B & B is newly refurbished and there is en-suite in all rooms, sky TV is also in all rooms. Guests wanting to travel into Leeds can catch the frequently run buses which run almost every 10 minutes.
There is also easy access to students attending colleges or universities in Leeds. I also accept short and long stay bookings. Rooms are also available for a couple of hours if needed.
I accept 1 nights payment by credit card which is non-refundable. Company bookings are also accepted. There is disabled access if needed. In each room, there is tea/coffee making facilities. The B & B also has a licensed restaurant and bar. Hairdryers, towels, iron, and kettles are also available should there be a need.
