Stunning, newly converted house with great views. Wonderful walks from the house to many footpaths and to Compton Bassett where there is a great pub! From the house you can see the Cherhill White Horse and sweeping views across the downs.

The house has recently been fully renovated and refurbished and has 2 double rooms and one twin and all are en suite with full facilities in each room.

Pets are welcome by previous arrangement. There are also stables available for horses and plenty of parking. Several restaurants and pubs are nearby but the owner offers a full 3 or 4 course dinner cooked to your preferences if ordered in advance. Discounts for stays of a week or more.

The house is within easy reach of all the major towns such as Bath, Chippenham, Marlborough and Devizes and several historic houses such as Bowood are very close.

It is also very convenient for the Badminton horse trials, the Chippenham Folk festival and for visiting any of the other attractions in Wiltshire. Swindon is about 25 minutes away where you visit the famous Outlet shopping centre for great bargains!

There is also a broadband internet connection for anyone wishing to keep in touch with their emails etc.

High Penn is the perfect place to stay for a peaceful holiday or simply for visiting any of the major attractions in Wiltshire or South Gloucestershire. We are also quite near two markets that operate in Devizes on a Thursday and Marlborough on a Wednesday and are well worth a visit.
