Luxury Westhill House
At Westhill House our aim is to provide a warm personal welcome, very comfortable beds, a breakfast to remember and in-depth knowledge of the area, even down to the shopping.
Westhill House is Grade 11 listed and has recently been refurbished. It started life as a workhouse in the 1700s before being converted into a vicarage in the 1830s and finally into the lavish home of the brewing magnate, Sir Noel Arkel.
The three bedrooms and bathrooms are stylish, luxurious, spacious and are very comfortable. They all have:
Free Wi-fi, digital freeview flatscreen televisions, radios, DVD players and IPod docking stations.
Tea and coffee making facilities and mineral water.
Slippers and dressing gowns.
Hairdryers, alarm clocks and a trouser press.
Powerful showers and baths in two of the bathrooms.
White company toiletries.
After a day of sightseeing or meetings, enjoy our afternoon cream tea in the stylish living room or beautiful cottage garden.
The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious to include a signature dish of French fried toast, topped with fresh berries and maple syrup.
There are several good pubs and restaurants nearby so you don't have to go far for dinner.
We are spoilt for choice when it comes to tourist attractions with the three World Heritage Sites of Bath, Blenheim Palace and Stonehenge on our doorstep. The River Thames and the prettiest of the Cotswold villages are a short drive away and the walking in the area is highly recommended.
We have travelled all over the world for both work and pleasure, so we know what it is like being away from home. We will go that extra mile to ensure that you feel cosseted and have a memorable stay.
