Set in four acres of private land with ample off-road parking, a stunning lake and adjoining water gardens, our tranquil atmosphere offers you a comfortable stay in an idyllic rural setting.

With our guests in mind, Kingfisher Barn has been sympathetically converted so that every room contains a unique combination of traditional oak timbers, perfectly offset against the contemporary interior design. From the bedrooms to the gallery-lounge and dining room, our attention to detail ensures that your stay with us will be a pleasurable one.

Upon arrival you will be offered a complimentary selection of refreshing Fairtrade drinks and snacks including tea and coffee, biscuits or cake. You may then choose to relax in your room, read in the gallery-lounge, take a walk in the water gardens or explore the local area.

Hanley Swan, our nearest village, is just a ten minute walk away. Here you will find a post office and licensed village stores as well as an excellent village pub which serves top quality food for both lunch and evening meals. Alternatively there are many other excellent local pubs and eateries, for which we will be happy to book you a table if required.

In the morning, to prepare you for your day ahead, you can enjoy a choice of delicious breakfasts cooked from the finest local produce, served in our spacious dining room with uninterrupted views of the Malvern Hills. We are always happy to cater for special dietary needs.

Kingfisher Barn is ideally situated for visitors to the Three Counties Showground or those who wish to explore the scenic beauty of the Malvern Hills and surrounding area. In fact, whatever your interests might be, whether the arts, history, outdoor activities, sports or shopping, you will find something perfectly suited to you. We are more than happy to provide extensive information on local events and places of interest to help you make the most of your stay.

Access to our property is by ramp, and for those who have limited mobility we have one ground floor room with its own lounge area and 'wet room', although we regret that we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs. All other bedrooms are en-suite or with private facilities. Each of our rooms is equipped with the following - Colour TV and DVD player; tea and coffee making facilities; complimentary Malvern Water; free high speed Wi-Fi internet access; Radio/alarm clock and hair dryer.
