This lovely large house is situated in the heart of the Lot et Garonne, near to the lovely town of Agen (9 Kilometres). The beautiful gardens are bordering the River Garonne making a very peaceful ambience to sit and enjoy this lovely property which is beautiful vines surround the lovely long terrace ideal and these vines give lovely shade in the summer months.

The owner of the house is a very keen gardener and the grounds are landscaped with the most beautiful flowers with several artistic stone terraces around the grounds. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity, destress on the upstairs terrace, which surrounds the first floor house and overlooks the most stunning views.

This is predominately farming country dotted with fortified villages and crossed with rivers and canals. Each villages has its own special character where you can browse antique shops or stroll round the weekly markets. Enjoy local restaurants serving traditional French fayre from 4euros.

From the downstairs lounge and bedrooms, French doors lead to the vine covered terrace and a large outdoor area with the very large French style table; under the superb vines, which cover the entire terrace provide an inviting opportunity to relax late into the warm summer nights with outside dining or sunbathing.

In Puymirol Medieval Fete every weekend Spring through Fall, in costumes re-enacting the Middle Ages with jousting tournaments on horseback, sword fighting, folk music, mimes, magicians, and food.
