Charlan 17th Century B&B with Pool Exclusively for Adults Only, SW France

Charlan, for adults only is set in a private and peaceful location. Charlan is situated in a quiet rural area, but not an isolated position and is within easy walking distance of the picturesque village, Aiguillon (2km) that offers all amenities, including a supermarket, post office, banks, tourist board information centre, restaurants and a railway station and is within a 10 minute driving distance to the A62 motorway for access to Bordeaux and Toulouse.

The land that surrounds Charlan on all sides, is mainly laid to pasture and lawn, with some mature trees and a newly planted orchard. Charlan also has a 10m x 5m private swimming pool with an outside wc and changing area. Pool towels are provided.

No smoking inside the rooms or house (smoking is allowed on the terrace or surrounding grounds, ashtrays are provided)

Check in times are from 4pm to 7pm - Please inform us in advance if you are to arrive any later. Rooms are to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure

Pets are not allowed

Owners have separate accommodation from the guests and they also have a cat and dog which are not allowed in the guest rooms.

All prices are in Euros and per room per night. Payment in advance: 30% (Non refundable deposit). Payment by Euro cash or cheque. Sterling bank transfer available upon request. PayPal also accepted.
