This charming recently renovated village house can accommodate up to 7 people in three spacious, comfortable guest bedrooms. Delicious evening and midday meals may be provided all cooked and prepared from fresh local produce by the owner, a former head chef who has travelled extensively and worked all over the world
Chaillac has plenty to offer visitors; the beautiful Lac de Rochgaudon, just 5 minutes walk from the house, comprises two large lakes both excellent for fishing, permits are available in the village and cost 18€.
The large beach has a supervised swimming area with a waterslide. Well maintained grounds, children's play area and café. In summer the spectacular firework display at the lake is not to be missed
The village has a beautiful old church, two café bars, an excellent restaurant, bakery, butcher and pharmacy all based around the village square, which on a Wednesday is the site of a small market.
Chaillac also has a post office and small supermarket and a local vet who is always happy to provide the necessary treatments and paperwork for animals traveling back to the UK with Pet Passports.

The Red Room - Double bedded room with views over the courtyard garden and surrounding area. Space for an extra single bed or cot. Private shower room and WC 45€
The Guest Floor - two double bedrooms sharing a shower room and WC. Ideal for families or groups of friends travelling together 70€
