Mike and Amanda welcome you to La Minoterie, the old Millers Cottage, an independent house offering five comfortable rooms that are situated next to Le Moulin de la Fauvette, the old working mill.

La Minoterie benefits from a privileged location surrounded by 4 hectares of woodland and natural beauty.

La Minoterie has recently been renovated maintaining many of its original features such as the fireplace, original stair case and oak beams.

We are situated in the heart of La Fauvette, a small hamlet only 3 km from the very historic town of Oradour sur Glane in the region of the Limousin.
Only 25 minutes from the centre of Limoges, which is situated about 380 km south of Paris, 320 km north of Toulouse, we are accessible by the motorway A20.
We have the convenience of the airport Bellegarde at Limoges only 20 minutes away.

• Bedroom 1, the Hoopue
Accommodation compromising one double bed and one single bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC. Towels are provided.

• Bedroom 2, the Kingfisher
A charming refurbished room featuring it's beautiful exposed oak beams, oak flooring and chimney.
Accommodation compromising a comfortable double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC. Towels are provided.
2 to 3 persons.

• Bedroom 3, The Fauvette
This delightful cosy room nestling at the top of the house, offers you and the family space to relax in.
Accommodation compromising a one double bed and two single beds, an ensuite bathroom with bath, hand basin and WC. Towels are provided.
4 persons.

.Bedroom 4 ,Family Suite. This room is on the ground floor at the back of the house opening up onto the terrace and garden which makes it a very practical bedroom for a large family. This room offers two separate rooms (one room with a king bed and a single bed and the other room with two single beds) and a private bathroom with toilet, hand basin and shower.
Sleeps 5 people.

.Bedroom 5, The Wood pecker. This room is on the ground floor and comprises of a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.
Sleeps 2.

• Living room / Kitchen / Dining room
The living room offers you a comfortable seating area ,TV, video player and a wood burner for those cold winter evenings.
In the kitchen there is a fridge and microwave for everyone to use.
Clients are not allowed to cook in the kitchen but food can be eaten in the kitchen area if it is not being used for Table d'Hotes.(evening meals)
