Yvonne and Mike offer you a warm welcome at 'Monplaisir', a renovated farmhouse close to the market towns of Samatan and Lombez in the east of the Midi-Pyrenees, Gers region.

Located in the village of Monblanc in the midst of rolling farmland and just 45 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac airport, Monplaisir is an ideal base for excursions to the many places of interest in this region: Samatan, the capital of foie gras , and it's famous market; Toulouse - le cité rose; Carcassone mediaeval walled city; the Pyrenees; Lourdes; the vineyards of the Bordeaux region, and so much more...

Accommodation:
Two spacious guest rooms with ensuite facilities are provided in newly renovated accommodation which retains several features of the original building. A cot for a baby can be added to each room.

North Room, a double room of about 18 sqm, can accommodate an additional 2 persons on a bed-settee, and has views over the gardens at the rear of the property.

South Room is light and airy overlooking the south face of the property. It is slightly larger at 20 sqm, has a double bed plus a third bed so that up to 3 persons can be accommodated in comfort.

Facilities include parking, tea and coffee making facilities, Wifi access and TV. Plenty of outside play area for kids! Open all year.

Access:
Mid way between Toulouse and Auch on the N124 at L'Isle-Jourdain, take the D634 directions to Samatan.
At Samatan take the directions to Rieumes / Monblanc (D119).
If arriving from the south, from the A64 at Pinas follow signs to Boulogne-sur-Gesse and then Lombez (D24 / D17).
