A romantic double-bedroom -with fridge- (16 m2), private tiled bathroom with bath WC, bidet, washbasin (6 m2) and private panoramic terrace (34 m2), independent entrance from the garden, by the terrace.

The genuine breakfast, prepared with home-growing products, supplies also homemade biscuits, 'focacce' and 'torte d'erbi' and their fragrance take guests back to old times..

On sunny days breakfast is served in a peaceful and secluded garden, or panoramic terrace, enjoying a lovely view over countryside and the Appennine Mountains in the background.

The garden is equipped with table and chairs to relax with a good book or dining out.

The property has spectacular panoramic views of the valley including Apennine Mountains in the distance.

You can find also many maps, itineraries, restaurant recommendations and details of local places of interest to visit during your staying.
Parking is provided outside the property gate, in the little village square.
