Villa with excellent views of Marmore Falls from each b&b rooms, and Valnerina valley with courtyard and garden. Quiet independent area of a medieval village. It's easily to reach the main attraction places like Assisi, Spoleto, Narni, Cascia and for sure in front of Mamore Falls. You can reach us from Fiumicino or Ciampino (Rome) airport in 1h and close to 45minutes from S.Egidio (Perugia Airport).
The villa has old furniture according to the rural tradition of the place and here's three comfortable bedrooms each one with the view on Marmore Falls, white and elegant among the green vegetations of Umbria that's called green heart of Italy.
The first room is called Old and is characterized by double and style reminiscent of antiquity with simple furnishings characterized by brown furniture and white accessories.
The second room is called the Modern and has a width of about 25 square meters, featuring a double bed and modern furniture with the main view on the Falls Marmore.è a room without bath as the first room.
The third room is called DeLuxe features panoramic windows on two sides, with direct access and views to the garden. It has a very nice furnishings and wooden floors, with soft lights and radio room. This room has a private bathroom and has a minimum price of 69 €.
On the backside of the house an incredible panorama with courtyard for tintarella or amazing dinners or breakfast.
We offer three types of traditional colazioni.La with milk or coffee or tea, biscuits, jam, butter, juice and toast and croissants. English with eggs, beans, sausage, tomatoes, toast, butter, brunch bacon. All abundant elements between savoury and sweet jam as above and prepared with fruit juice, milk and coffee or tea.
We speak English, Spanish and Italian.
