We are Silvia and Chiara two sisters who are passionate about travel and Rome, we welcome and friendship will enjoy your stay at this charming bed and breakfast.
We will receive you in our quiet and cheerful apartment where you can spend a relaxed holiday with complete freedom of movement, also enjoying an atmosphere full of charm thanks to a superior service, fine, but without excessive formalism.

At 80 meters by 9 bus lines that take you all over Rome, with two express lines that can take you in 25 minutes to central station (Termini) and in the heart of Rome (Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Venezia, Piazza del Popolo, Roman Forum, St. Peter's Basilica, Vatican Museums).

We are a couple of stops from Europe's largest shopping mall (Port of Rome) and the nearest metro station to open soon.
Our B & B is a spacious apartment with private garden and hobby room in the garden. At 100 meters from a park area for children and adults.

Several restaurants nearby, and our staff will recommend the best.
Also a few meters from our B & B is the famous Salesian University.
We are just 10 minutes from No. 9 to the ring road of Rome
Only 6 km from the 'highway A1 Rome-Florence on the ring road (11min trip).
Approximately 20 minutes from the Vatican City and less than a kilometre from the highway east of Rome.

The Chi&Si has 3 rooms featuring air-conditioned and heating system, private safe in room and new furniture. All rooms have large windows overlooking the private garden of the BB thus ensuring maximum privacy, comfort and relaxation to all our guests.
