It is a strategic location because in a few minutes you can reach the Historic part of Venice.
You can reach it by car or by bus: there is a bus, which pass every 10 min. The bus stop is next to the door (50 meters from it).

One bathroom is for the Suite Double room, the other two rooms have another bathroom in common.

Yes of course, the breakfast is since 8am to 11.30am.
