Informal Bed and breakfast in the Western part of Holland

For an informal stay, in our house in The Netherlands, we can offer you a two person bedroom and/or a one person bedroom.
Experience the Dutch hospitality. You will have a very informal and hospitable and cosy stay in typical Dutch family surroundings.
We, my wife and I live together with our blond Labrador and two cats, (mother and daughter). In case you have a dog of your own, it is no problem to have the dog stay with you, (no aggressive dogs please).

What are the possibilities in staying with us:
• All rooms are non smoking
• A two person bedroom is € 60 per night including Dutch breakfast.
• A one person bedroom is € 35 per night including Dutch breakfast.
• A dog is € 5 per night.
• We have a baby cod to accommodate a baby/child up to 3 years. When the cod is with the parents in the room, the price is € 10 per night, including breakfast.
• A Dutch luncheon (also for take away) can be provided at the cost of € 5 per person.
• A Dutch evening meal with a set menu can be provided at the cost of € 10 per person.
• When the weather is nice and you would like a barbeque in our garden, the cost is € 15 per person.
• When you are interested in creative workshops, we give workshops in Pastelpainting, Sandstone, Paverpol statues (Textile hardener), garden paintings and Encaustic (wax painting), prices per workshop on request.
• I am also a qualified Reiki master and (stress) counsellor, so I can give Reiki treatments on request. (€ 15 for ½ hour, € 20 for 1 hour).

We live in Nieuw-Vennep, a village at 20 minutes driving from Schiphol Airport, 15 minutes driving to Keukenhof (the flower parade is on April 24) and Keukenhof is open until May 16.
We live 25 minutes driving to Haarlem and Leiden, 30 minutes driving to Amsterdam, The Hague and the beach resorts Noordwijk and/or Scheveningen.
The train station in Nieuw-Vennep is only 6 minutes driving, connections to/from Nieuw-Vennep every half hour up to midnight.

We can arrange a pick up from Schiphol Airport (€ 15) when you give us your arrival flight number in advance.
