Willa Slawa is a vegetarian and vegan B&B in the South of Poland. We are located in an old spa resort called Szczawnica, in the picturesque mountain range of Pieniny. Willa Slawa is a perfect spot to set off into the Pieniny wilderness.
Some of the touristic highlights are: Homole Ravine, Dunajec River Gorge, summit of the Three Crowns.
Hiking, bike trips, skiing in the wintertime, kayaking and rafting through the Dunajec River Gorge are just a few of the activities you can enjoy in the area. There are bike and ski rental facilities nearby.
You can try out the rich and varied Spa offer: inhalation therapy, mineral water bars, massage, and beauty treatments. All of the spa facilities are within a 5 minute walk from our location. We can make reservations for you in advance if you wish - please let us know.
If you fancy nightlife and musical events, there is a famous musical club 'Muzyczna Owczarnia' in the neighbouring town of Jaworki. Domestic and international rock, jazz, blues and classical music celebrities perform here on a regular basis.
At Willa Slawa we serve high quality, wholesome, organic food. At our table, you can try out some local delicacies, regional diary products, homemade bread.
We strive to create a warm, home-like atmosphere.
We maintain the house and garden with respect towards the environment and in accordance with permaculture principles.
The house itself has an artistic background with many singers, musicians as guests from the beginning of its existence.
At your disposal are private rooms with balconies as well as a spacious living room with a fireplace. You can make yourself a cup of tea/coffee and snacks in a kitchen corner where tableware and a selection of high quality teas are provided. On rainy days you can enjoy some excellent board games and a selection of interesting books on many subjects (many of them in English).
We speak English, Japanese, Polish and just a little bit of French.
