This beautiful detached country villa set in rural Spain on the Costa Blanca is situated just 10 minutes from Alicante. The villa itself is situated within a very short drive to the numerous local beaches and even closer are the towns of Torrellano and Elche and, of course, Alicante. The villa boasts spectacular sea and mountain views, peaceful surroundings and warm and friendly hosts.

This idyllic location suits holidaymakers of all kinds; whether you enjoy walking, golfing, days at the beach, quiet evenings in a local bar, or the hustle and bustle of Alicante, this property has it all. Benidorm and Torrevieja are only 20 or 30 minutes by car respectively and a 20-minute train journey will take you further south to Murcia. With a vast number of local fiestas of which we can provide details, local top quality restaurants with fine food, you'll be spoilt for choice.

The villa itself has a private pool, luscious gardens, spectacular views, air conditioning and all the comforts (and more) that you would expect in your own home. Although we would recommend car hire and can arrange this on request, we would happily provide local transport for a small-agreed fee.
