Bed & Breakfast by the River Ebro

This traditional village house has been recently refurbished to a high standard and offers superb bed and breakfast accommodation. Located in the small village of Benissanet and with the River Ebro just 150yds from the front door this is an ideal location for anglers, walkers, birdwatchers or anyone wanting to holiday in an authentic Spanish village away from the crowds of tourist resorts.

The house is arranged over 4 floors and has a total of 5 bedrooms each with an en-suite shower, toilet and hand basin.

On the ground floor there is a beautifully furnished communal lounge with leather sofas, flat screen TV (Sky Freeview channels) and DVD. Open plan from the lounge is a dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is at guests disposal to make snacks and drinks during the day or a simple meal at night. Complimentary tea and coffee provided at all times.

The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
Ground Floor: One single bedroom with en-suite shower room.
1st floor: A double bedroom with en-suite. Twin room with en-suite
2nd floor: 2 twin bedrooms both with en-suite
Top floor: Laundry room and roof terrace for use by guests.

B&B for 2 people in a twin or double room 50euros per night or 320euros per week.
B&B for 1 person in single room 30euros per night or 175 euros per week.

Choice of full English breakfast or continental.
Optional packed lunches from 5 Euros per person can be provided.
Optional evening meals/supper dishes from 8 Euros per person.

The River Ebro Valley
If you are an angler you will no doubt have heard of the River Ebro famous for its monster catfish and specimen carp. Guided fishing by boat can be arranged. Tackle hire available.

There are 3 Natural Parks within easy reach: Els Ports Mountains, Sierra de Montsant and the Ebro Delta. Stunning scenery and ideal for walkers birdwatchers and nature lovers.

The cities of Tortosa and Tarragona are a 40-minute drive each with their unique attractions history fashionable shops bars and restaurants.

All along the Ebro Valley are numerous small sleepy villages where you can leave behind the stresses of modern day life.

Just a 30-minute drive will take you to the clean uncommercialised beaches of the Costa Dorada. And for families with children and teens the resort of Salou and Port Aventura theme park are a 45 minute drive for an action packed day out of rides and entertainment.

Simply a superb area to combine a beach and countryside holiday with lots of activities to suit all tastes and ages.

The most convenient airport for this location is Reus - 45 mins drive. Barcelona is another option at just under 2 hours.
