Casa Montes Bed & Breakfast
Casa Montes Guesthouse is situated in the small Spanish Village of La Cinta, Arboleas, Almeria In Andalucia.
We are a family run Bed & Breakfast since 2001.
Our guests have full use of the tea/coffee making facilities, and some use of the kitchen, there is a separate guest fridge. Evening meals are available.
The guest lounge is equipped with tv & sky, and a cast iron wood burner.
The bedrooms have fans in the summer and heaters in the winter.
There is a front terrace which overlooks the orange groves and has lovely views of the mountains, or you can relax in the rear patio/pool area, equipped with sun-loungers, tables, chairs and BBQ.
Children & pets are welcome.
We have a self-catering 1 bed studio apartment available at the rear of the guesthouse, next to the pool.
The coastal resorts of Mojacar, Garrucha, Vera and San Juan Los Terreros are all approx 30-40 mins away.
South of Mojacar lies Carboneros and the Cabo de Gata national park, where the desert meets the sea in a spectacular landscape.
On the edge of the park is Nijar, a haven for ceramics, hand woven esparto grass products and colourful jarrapa rugs all made locally.
As well as the coast and the mountains, an hour away is the Tabernas desert, the only one of its kind in Europe. Its been the scene of many spaghetti westerns and filming still goes on in the area. The old western sets are now used as theme parks, with Mini-Hollywood being the best known.
If golf is your sport, then the courses of Desert Springs, Valle de Este, Marina del Golf, or Cortijo Grande all approx 30 mins away.
Markets are on daily in nearby towns & villages.
Our area offers hot-springs, natural swimming pools, fishing, walking, bird watching, trials riding and a whole lot more.
