One nights deposit is required to confirm a TWO night booking. No refund will be given within 7 days of intended arrival. If cancelled more than 7 days before intended arrival a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.
Any 3 nights or more cancelled will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Christmas holidays require a 50% deposit to confirm booking.
Minimum TWO night stay on weekends.
