Welcome to 'Abed in Devonport' Bed & Breakfast where your hosts, Mandie and Tony, look forward to meeting you and looking after you during your stay. You will be minutes from the heart of Devonport and minutes from Auckland city and many local tourist attractions.

The accommodation is new, clean, modern and extremely comfortable. It is located in a very quiet area on a quiet street where you will hear Tui's singing.

The Studio has a queen bed, table/chairs, TV/ DVD, Ipod dock/alarm/radio, sofa , fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.

The Apartment has a double room, twin room, sofas, table/chairs, full kitchen (inc dishwasher, micro, oven, hob, fridge/freezer), TV/DVD, stereo, washing machine. There is a north/west facing deck, which receives all day sun.

The shower rooms have power showers and heated towel rails. We have heaters, electric blankets, hairdryers and fans. Our prices are from $90 per night. A discount is offered for stays of 7 days or longer.

Devonport is a historic quaint suburb on the North Shore. Auckland is 12 minutes ferry away. You can take a leisurely walk along the seaside promenade, over the two mounts, or follow the Old Devonport Walk route of historical sites and colonial architecture, or visit the local museums. North Head is where the WWII caves and tunnels are to be found. Cheltenham Beach is beautiful and relaxing. Enjoy a game of golf at the local 18 hole course. There are many cafes, art/craft galleries and shops. Auckland city views from the foreshore are magnificent, but particularly special at night. The views from the top of Mt Victoria are unbeatable. The beaches are safe, clean and beautiful. Rangitoto, Auckland’s newest volcano, stands guard just off the shores of Cheltenham and Narrow Neck beaches, providing a beautiful picturesque setting.
