Hobsonville House B&B provides quality Bed and Breakfast Auckland accommodation in New Zealand, within a contemporary 'kiwi' interior design. We are positioned in easy reach of both Auckland City Central, and its surrounding countryside, being convenient to the Auckland motorway system, making trips to almost anywhere simple and straightforward. Excursions to the Waitakere Ranges, Warkworth and the Matakana Coast, West Coast Beaches, Northern Beaches and Regional Parks are effortless due to our central location to these Auckland attractions.

Hobsonville House B&B possesses a modern contemporary 'Pacifica' theme throughout, complemented by generous spaces and superb architectural detailing The modern South Pacific styling is interwoven into a contemporary European design, which currently includes five B&B rooms, Pukeko’s Rest, the Kete Room, the Toi Toi Room, the Pipi Room, and the Jandal Room. The Pacifica feel to the B&B stems from Anne and Greg’s introduction to, and ongoing involvement with the Pacific and Melanesia in particular.

The Kete Room is the largest B&B room, and has a King Bed along with a king single, allowing the room to sleep up to three persons comfortably. The bed configuration can be arranged to suit a family of three, or three separate people in long single beds. A separate sitting area and Kitchenette provides complementary spaces and facilities, with an accompanying en-suite shower room. The Kete Room has French doors opening onto its own spacious deck area orientated to capture the afternoon sun.

The Pukeko’s Rest Room, is a very popular room, and has a King Bed and a small sitting area. It is ideal for travelling couples and has an en-suite with a bath. The Pukeko’s Rest Room has a large feature window with an outlook over Hobsonville House’s private garden, and adjoins directly onto the Guests lounge.

The Toi Toi Room has a King bed to suit a couple, or can be reconfigured into two separate beds to suit two friends or family. It has its own recently completed modern ensuite bathroom.

The Pipi Room has a King bed and recently added modern bathroom. It light and airy is ideal for travelling couples, providing great accommodation with good privacy.

The Jandal Room also has a king bed, and is serviced by its own exclusive bathroom, which is separated from the room itself by a metre.

We are Anne and Greg Watt, and we started Auckland’s Hobsonville House B&B because we enjoy travelling and meeting other travellers. We have journeyed through many countries in Europe and Asia where we love to stay in Bed and Breakfast accommodation, and in doing so we have met many wonderful people and wish to extend the same hospitality to travellers to our own country, New Zealand. Auckland has so much to see and do and we would love to help you see our bit of paradise in New Zealand. Our position is ideal for travellers to take short or extended excursions from Auckland. Our passions are wine, food, coffee and travel.
