Dunheanish Guest House
William and Linda would like to welcome you to Dunheanish Guest House, one of Oban's newest guest houses, an elegant detached Victorian villa beside Oban's landmark, McCaigs Tower with stunning panoramic views overlooking Oban Bay and the surrounding islands of Kerrera, Lismore and Mull.
Dunheanish is the perfect base for anyone who wants to have the Town Centre 5 mins away, with easy access to shops, restaurants and the Caledonian MacBrayne ferry terminal where you can sail to the island of Mull to enjoy the scenery and wildlife or perhaps Iona with its peace and tranquillity.
Dunheanish has six guest bedrooms. Our superior rooms have king-size four poster beds and uninterrupted views over Oban Bay. All rooms are en suite with remote control televisions, bedside radios, hospitality trays and hairdryers.
For those warm summer evenings, you can sit in the garden and perhaps enjoy a glass of wine whilst relaxing after a busy day watching the various boats come and go, with a chance to enjoy a magnificent west of Scotland sunset.
We are happy to welcome guests arriving in Oban on a late ferry from one of the islands.
For the comfort of our guests Dunheanish is a non-smoking house.
We have free wi-fi for use with a suitable laptop.
Full, smoked salmon, continental or vegetarian breakfasts can be enjoyed in the elegant dinning room overlooking Oban Bay.
