Our premises can be more used as a boarding house we like to make our guests feel at home in our friendly atmosphere. Sky TV provided although all channels are extra, internet service available, long or short term boarding available, public transport is easily accessed, trains to various destinations, such as Ayr, Largs where you can catch the local ferry to places of interest for a family day out during the summer.

In Milngavie itself there are a variety of things to do such as the highland games also Milngavie week where there is a great amount of entertainment with lots of fun and games, also celebrities.

Edinburgh, our capital supports the famous castle and is a must to see for a great day out. Callendar is another town worth visiting with plenty of local history to be found. Glasgow itself offers a great variety of visitor centres, such as galleries cinemas and the local history also a great variety of restaurants and night life.

The bus service is very frequent and is only two minutes walk from our home and can take you right into city centre.

Milngavie itself offers a lovely area for walks and has a great village for shopping, our local water works is a must to visit for a great days walk round or if you are feeling energetic, a substantial work out, and can be used as a personnel work out. Also Mugdock Country Park is a must for walks and offers a lovely cafe area and a great play park for the children on a lovely summers day, this is a must. Also you have to visit the famous Mugdock Castle.
