Drynachan Bed & Breakfast
Drynachan is a beautiful cottage, set in the picturesque Great Glen.
Parts of the cottage date back to the 1600's and have connections with Bonnie Price Charlie.
We have a family/double room with an en suite bathroom and shower over and a twin room with private use of a shower and toilet. The rooms have every luxury from towelling robes to pillow sprays to help you drift into 'the Arms of Morpheus'. All children are welcome and we are pet friendly. There is a travel cot for the younger child.
Meet our security staff Basil and Georgie (our extremely friendly boxers) and enjoy playing with them in our dog field.
Drynachan is an ideal base for touring the Highlands, walking into the hills, climbing the mountains, fishing the rivers and lochs, wild-life photography, 'Nessie' hunting - the list is endless.
We have TV's and DVD players, in all the rooms with a large library of DVD's for you to enjoy.
Why not sit in front of the open fire on those chilly evenings, curl up with a good book or relax watching HD TV.
If you need to be in touch with home we have full WiFi coverage throughout the cottage.
By prior arrangement we can offer you a three course evening meal or a two course supper meal or a picnic lunch, for you to take whilst enjoying touring the Highlands or just sightseeing the picture postcards that are round every corner. Various dietary requirements are catered for, including vegetarian, Gluten Free, Diabetic etc.
In the grounds we have a Woodturning and Wood Art Gallery. You can also have a try to rotate the Metal and Wood Treadle Lathe (which is circa 160 years old).
Additionally, we can offer, by arrangement only a service wash.
