Craigbuie Guest House
Craigbuie Guest House is in the centre of the village of Killin, Perthshire and is a large Victorian house built in 1884.
We provide relaxing, quality bed and breakfast (B&B) accommodation all year round with seven comfortable en-suite bedrooms. Our rooms are able to offer great flexibility with doubles, triples and a family suite to suit 5 and a four-poster room with it's own private bathroom with corner bath.
The 3 first floor rooms will accept a well behaved dog, whilst the top floor rooms are completely dog free. You can enjoy a freshly 'cooked to order, while you wait' Scottish Breakfast in our ground floor comfortable dining room. We also offer for pre-order 'Scottish Kedgeree' and Smoked Salmon and scrambled egg. There is always vegetarian sausages available if you let us know in advance.
90% off Scotland is within 90 miles of us, with Edinburgh, Glasgow and Oban within about a hour and a half. Stirling and Perth are 35 miles away. Inverness, Glen Coe and Fort William can be reached as day trips by car. We are on cycle route 7 and the Rob Roy way.
There are a large number of Monros within easy reach (the Tarmichans are visible from the front of the house) and Glen Lyon, the longest glen in Scotland is just over the hill.
We are opposite the Newsagents, Outdoor Centre and the Co-op supermarket and both the village churches are within a short walk as is the McLaren Hall and Killin Hotel.
Prices start at £30 per head, with children's prices starting at £18 per head (breakfast included).
