This former family home is unique within the group of B&Bs in Troon with its sea front location where so many of our guests remark on the tranquillity and stunning views.

The weather is changeable in the West of Scotland but we see fantastic sunsets at all times of the year and have drying facilities for those other times!

The 2 bathrooms with in-bath shower are shared and both the twin rooms (open aspect to Dundonald Hill) have a washbasin. If you speak nicely to Morag's husband, David, he will let you use 'his' Jacuzzi bath/shower!

The single room (with sea view) is handy for a couple of children or medium sized adults and has everything except a washbasin.

The wholesome 'Scottish' breakfasts offer a range of fruit, free range eggs, produce from the local butcher and vegetarian alternatives which make sure you make a good start to the day. Herbal teas and 'de-caff' tea and coffee always available. We are a 'Fair Trade' establishment meaning that many of our products are sourced through the Fair Trade outlets giving a good deal to the producers from poor countries overseas.

A 'welcome' tray in your bedroom ensures you can have a snack of tea, coffee or hot chocolate with typical Scottish biscuits whenever you please.

We recycle enthusiastically all paper, cans, and plastic - where possible.

Please bring your own alcoholic drinks. Ice and use of guests' fridge available.

Morag offers reduced rates for stays of 3 nights or longer - a bargain for those wishing to have a home-like base for their activities.
