Directions From Glasgow / Dumfries:
From Ayr south roundabout, proceed along Holmston Road to double roundabout Take Town Centre lane, over bridge in left hand lane, down to traffic lights. Left at lights (signposted Burn`s Cottage.) Langley Bank is 1/4 mile on left (blue sign)
Directions From Stranraer / Cairn Ryan:
Take A77 North through Girvan Kirkoswald and Maybole Keep travelling North until you reach the outskirts of Ayr. Take AYR A79 onto Maybole Road, which continues into St.Leonards Road. At T junction (beside church) turn right. Langley Bank is about 100yards on right (blue sign)

From Langley Bank it is a short drive to places such as Arran, Dunure, Girvan, Glasgow, Inverkip, Irvine, Kilmarnock, Largs, Lochwinnoch, Maybole, Portpatrick, Prestwick (Airport}, Stranraer, Troon, and many other towns and villages!
In the centre of Burns country Langley Bank is on the very road to Burns Cottage, Land O' Burns Centre and the Brig O' Doon.
A leisurely walk takes you to the Beach from which you can enjoy views of Ailsa Craig and the Isle of Arran. A short drive down the nearby coastal road leads to Culzean Castle & Country Park

Amongst Ayr's many attractions are Rozelle Art Gallery, the Gaiety Theatre, and 3 Screen Cinema.
Activity venues include a Ten Pin Bowling Alley, Citadel Leisure Centre / Swimming Pool and the Centrum ice Arena
For the Sport minded Ayr is Scotland's Premier Racecourse which hosts the Scottish National in April and the Gold Cup in September.
For the Golfer Ayr is near to the world Famous Courses of Turnberry, Old Prestwick and Royal Troon along with many excellent municipal courses in the area. Seafishing Trips are also available.
