Our luxurious bed and breakfast is only 5 minutes from Lanark, the four star World Heritage visitor attraction of New Lanark, stunning country walks, cycle routes, golfing and fishing. The nature trail alongside the Falls of Clyde is particularly dramatic. Lanark itself has lovely shops, restaurants and bars. So there is something for everyone.

All rooms have been extensively refurbished and benefit from double glazing and central heating. There is ample private parking. All rooms are located on the ground floor so there is no need to worry about stairs. As well as this, guests will benefit from having their own private entrance to the bed & breakfast accommodation. All of our rooms are professionally decorated & dressed with the highest quality materials, normally only found in top class hotels. All of our rooms are designed around your needs for that special home from home feel.

Each room has en-suite facilities with multi-jet massage showers fitted as standard.
Beautifully colour co-ordinated luxury towels are changed daily & a complimentary basket of toiletries is also provided along with extra blankets, spare pillows and wooden blinds.

For that special home from home feeling each room has a radio, remote control freeview 19inch lcd television's with built-in DVD player and you are welcome to select the movie of your choice from our extensive collection ranging from golden oldie classics to recently released blockbusters.

For those of you who like to finish off the day by relaxing with a book, why not browse our extensive selection of hardback & paperback titles. You will find everything from fiction to biographies, therefore you should find something to meet your taste.

We also have a selection of board games to keep the kids amused.
Two of our rooms now have 19' LCD free view televisions. A new edition for 2008 is the introduction of a wireless internet connection, perfect for those who have their laptop with them.

Ideal for picking up your emails or catching up with some business. Tea & coffee making facilities, iron, iron board, hairdryer and sewing kits should cater for most of your needs and for those of you wishing to finish off the day in an even more relaxing fashion we have provided electric wine coolers. The high level of comfort is maintained with the provision of soft, sumptuous leather sofas and tub chairs, which when combined with the fold away tables, makes for a really comfortable seating arrangement.

Would guests please note that in line with current Scottish Legislation smoking is prohibited within the premises. Ashtrays however, are available at the seating area in the rear garden outside the conservatory.
