The Azure Gate Bed and Breakfast is a romantic secluded estate on 5 acres of botanical garden ambiance. Open one of its many gates and enter a magical place of brightly designed Mexican tiles, saltillo tile floors, colorful walls, courtyards with splashing fountains, and ten exquisite gates designed and made by artist Simon Donovan.

Your accommodations include The Catalina Guest House, which is 980 square feet and reflects the delight of azure waters off the coast of Mexico. The Santa Ana Guest House has wonderful views of the Catalina and Rincon Mountain ranges. Both guest houses are complete with kitchens. The Saguaro Room has a feel of the Old West with handmade queen bed made from Saguaro ribs. The Sabino Room is reminiscent of an Old Spanish Colonial with hand painted furniture and a queen sized brass bed.

All beds are of the highest quality and guarantee a sound and peaceful sleep. Guests can enjoy the library, chess room, living room, and oasis. Relax by its pool. Explore meandering pathways. Watch as a bobcat drinks from one of the birdbaths. Listen to many of the 103 birds species that pass by or call The Azure Gate home. Falls asleep in one of the beautiful bedrooms to a desert lullaby of hooting owls and yipping coyotes.

Awaken to a sunrise song of cooing doves and squawking quail and the fragrant anticipation of a delicious breakfast. Breakfast are served 'restaurant style' and typically include a fresh fruit dish and then a hot entre. Breakfasts might include: filet mignon, rack of lamb, pork tenderloin, veal scallopini, corned beef, lobster, crab, salmon, chorizo (a Mexican sausage), chicken mango sausage, Belgium Waffle, blueberry/red pear pancakes, apricot French toast, huevos rancheros (a Mexican egg dish).
