On many occasions you can spot the rich and famous in our deco playground. The New World Symphony is on Lincoln Road, with weekly concerts many conducted by its founder, Michael Tilson Thomas. Most concerts are reasonably priced and many are free.

Lincoln Road is a walking street, attracting tourists who like to walk, people watch, shop and experience some of Miami's best restaurants. Some of the finest quality fish is delivered daily from the Florida Keys and comes right to the table in some of the finest seafood restaurants. Some of the best chefs in the country have restaurants in Miami.

For exciting nightlife music and jazz, the South Beach crowd is just a couple of miles away. November is a month long International Book fair bringing authors from all over the world to give lectures and workshops. For art collectors and for those who love contemporary art we have major private art collections many open to the public, museums and numerous international galleries.

In December Miami Beach and Miami hosts Miami Art Basel, a week long tsunami of art. Mid February is the boat and yacht show, right outside our doors. The new Performing Art center offers symphony orchestras, shows, dance, opera.

It's a three hour drive to Key West, 4-5 hours to Orlando, and the Disney World of entertainment. In one hour you can visit the Florida everglades where there are national parks and walks. You can wander on your own, or take a guided walking or trolley tour. You will see Florida wild life, birds and alligators. One half hour drive to the famous Fairchild Tropical Gardens displaying 150 varieties of palms, orchids, art exhibits, and various fairs throughout the year featuring mangoes, and exotic plants. Fairchild gardens is a large research facility as well. They offer trolley tours.

We are two hours from Florida west coast, to visit Naples, Sarasota more museums and beautiful beaches on the bay. Places of worship are easy access to the area.
