Discovering nearby walking trails and hidden beaches will enhance your enjoyment of the area. Lobster pounds and art galleries are scattered throughout the peninsula.

Lilac Cottage B&B is a charming Maine cottage nestled behind a lilac hedge on a dead end road that lies just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Maine coast. Your spacious suite has its own entrance, a queen bed, bathroom and sitting area.
Discovering nearby walking trails and hidden beaches will enhance your enjoyment of the area. Lobster pounds and art galleries are scattered throughout the peninsula. A short drive up the peninsula will take you to the restaurants, galleries, and shops of Rockland. A bit further up the road will take you to the quaint village of Camden 'where the mountains meet the sea.'
An equidistant drive down the peninsula will take you to the villages of Tenant's Harbor and Port Clyde from which you can take the morning mailboat to the incredibly beautiful island of Monhegan.
Our rates are $115.00 per night or $700.00 per week which includes breakfast. Microwave and coffee maker are in the room. BBQ grill available. Please no dogs or smoking permitted. A two night minimum required on weekends.
