The fireplace in the parlor is the perfect place to curl up with a book from the Inn's library, or pick a movie from the large selection and enjoy it in the privacy of your room.

Rooms feature beautiful antiques, queen or king beds, single or double jacuzzi tubs, private baths, and TV/DVD players.

In 1897, Dr. A.T. Conley, a physician in Cannon Falls for over forty years, built this grand three-story home. Our home is a classic example of Colonial Revival Architecture.

The structure is noted for its six bay windows, six column front porch, double dormers and beautiful arched leaded glass window. This century old home has been lovingly looked after, and is here for you to enjoy and become a part of its history!

There are areas common to both innkeepers and our guests within the Quill & Quilt.

You may enjoy relaxing in the parlor, near the Italian tiger striped porcelain quarter-sawn oak fireplace; perusing books, magazines and movie titles in our library; or maybe playing a game and sipping a hot or cold beverage at the large oak dining room table.

We always provide hot tea & cocoa for our guests in the evening. Weather permitting, you may want to enjoy our back balcony overlooking the gardens or the large front porch, which is complete with a two-person swing.

Breakfast at the Quill & Quilt is both hearty & fresh. We strive to serve you a variety of tasty and creative menu items, using ingredients from the traditional breakfast table. The result is a seasonally rotated menu ranging from fluffy baked egg creations, and homemade pastries, to fruit parfaits and Belgian waffles. Full breakfast is served at 9:00 A.M. *You may also choose to have a continental basket delivered to your room, which generally consists of fresh pastries, fruit, and juice.

Guests enjoy full access to all the common areas of the house, including curling up in front of the cozy fireplace in the parlor, DVD movies and books available in the library, the porch swing, and the tables & chairs on porches, air conditioning throughout, coffee & coffee maker in the guest rooms, wireless internet access, self-serve hot tea & cocoa, breakfast, evening snacks, and complimentary soft drinks.

Quilter's Room, our only 1st floor guest room, boasts a beautiful bay window, antiques and queen bed. Best access in the house to the lovely parlor and cozy library, Quilter's is a splendid choice! Private (detatched) full bath, window A/C.

Tracy's Room, bright & comfortable second floor queen bedroom with small fireplace and window seat overlooking the front lawn. Private attached bathroom has an oversized 1-person Jacuzzi tub with hand held shower. Window A/C, TV/DVD.

A.T. Conley Room, mid-size second floor room with many antiques, queen bed with small fireplace, window A/C and attached private bath with two person Jacuzzi & separate shower.

Colvill Suite, our most luxuriouos guest room, located on 2nd floor. King size 4-poster bed w/separate daybed. Only room with a private balcony & stereo. Window A/C. Attached private bath with XL-double Jacuzzi & a separate Shower.

Writer's Haven, spacious third floor getaway with queen bed & sitting area. Private attached bath with 2-person Whirlpool tub & separate shower. 2nd bedroom with access to bath also available. Central A/C, DVD/TV in both bedrooms.
