Nestled in Milton's Historic Village, only 25 minutes north of Burlington, between Interstate 89 Exits 17&18, the Sampler House B & B is a cozy restored 1830 brick cape, one of the oldest homes in Milton, on the oldest street in Milton.

We offer three spacious and well appointed guest rooms, all with queen bed, seating and private bath, Wifi internet access.

Our suite (The Iris Suite) on two floors with kitchen facilities, private entrance, TV with DVD, and local phone is suitable for extended stays. The Iris Suite features discounts for long term stays with rates as low as $50. per night. Our rates are $85-$125 per night plus tax.

Visitors enjoy a warm welcome, comfortable bed, and homemade Vermont breakfast, served in our dining room, featuring Fresh Ground Coffee or tea, juice, fruit, home baked goodies, and fresh local ingredients masterfully prepared (when available).

Walk the Victorian neighborhood, admire the two hundred year old maples, visit the village cemetery (resting place for several Revolutionary and, Civil war veterans) and Historical Museum, or stroll by beautiful Arrowhead Mountain Lake. Visit, work, study, or just enjoy a gentle change of pace. Nearby attractions are, Lake Champlain, Vermonts west coast, offering water sports in abundance, Burlington, Vermont's largest city, home to many fine restaurants, UVM, A lively nightlife, and shopping galore. Often called 'THE San Francisco of the east' plus area skiing, biking, hiking, and boating.

Montreal is only 70 miles away and is an easy day trip.
