Cefn Hedog Bed & Breakfast offers a double bedroom, with use of own bathroom, en-suite study where you can have breakfast overlooking the Irish Sea and surrounding countryside.
We are set in five acres of land overlooking the Irish Sea, with beautiful views of the distant Rival Mountains and surrounding countryside.
The small seaside village of Aberdaron is about three miles away. Whistling Sands is about two miles down the lane but all along this coast are the most beautiful sandy beaches and secluded little coves ideal for swimming and water sports or simply just sunbathing and having fun on the beach. It is a haven for walking enthusiasts and the nearby coastal path is the ancient Pilgrim trail to the Holy island of Bardsey.
Wildlife to be seen include; grey seals, porpoises, sea birds and birds of prey. The popular resort of Abersoch, known as the Welsh Riviera, is only 15 minutes drive away.
The market town of Pwllheli is approximately 11 miles away and boasts a new marina for sailing enthusiasts, quad biking, go karting and splash zone swimming pool. Golfing enthusiasts will find courses at Morfa Nefyn, Pwllheli and Abersoch, all a short drive away. Aberdaron, 3 miles away, offers boat launching, pubs and cafe's. Pony trekking at nearby Llanbedrog, Llaniestyn and Abersoch.
The deserted village of Nant Gwrtheyrn, which is now home to a Welsh-learning centre, visitors are welcome and the view is breathtaking. If you have family/friends who wish to join you we offer caravan and camping facilities also.
