Canina Bed & Breakfast

Canina is a large, detached property with off road parking, located in the village of Ludchurch overlooking the surrounding countryside of Pembrokeshire.

A warm and friendly welcome is extended to all of our guests. Our bedrooms either have en-suite or private bathroom facilities.

Full breakfast is served using locally sourced ingredients and packed lunches are available on request. Drying facilities are also available and there is equipment and secure storage space available for cycles if required at no extra cost.

Early booking is always advisable.

Pembrokeshire is spectacularly beautiful. Our coast is the National Park with over fifty safe and sandy beaches to choose from. We have sheltered coves and huge surfing beaches, cliffs and dunes, fun beaches and hidden gems. The views are wonderful and a Pembrokeshire sunset across the sea is a sight not to be missed.

Pembrokeshire is charming and quaint. With dozens of pretty towns and villages to explore, there is always something new to find. Try Narberth for a wide variety of shops, Pembroke for the castle, Fishguard to see a working port and no-one should miss Tenby's medieval walled town conveniently traffic free in the summer for you to enjoy a comfortable stroll.

Who mentioned walking? If you fancy a breath of fresh air, there are 186 miles of coastal path to keep you amused or perhaps a short sweet walk from Bosherstons lilly ponds to Broad Haven, or a saunter through the miners tunnels from Wisemans Bridge to Saundersfoot, and everyone should experience a bare foot stroll across a moon lit beach

Fancy something more challenging? Pemrokeshire offers you all manner of watersports: Surfing, Boarding, Sailing, Water Skiing, Coasteering, Scuba Diving to wrecks and expert tuition to the inexperienced. Don't forget the fishing, sea, coarse or fly is available throughout the County. Horse Riding is available from many stables, you can choose from a gentle hack through the bridleways to an exhilarating gallop accross the beach. Cycling through Pembrokeshire is fun and we offer special maps for easy to follow routes.

Shopaholic? How about the Farmers markets in Haverfordwest and Fishguard and Sunday markets galore, the farm gate shops and a myriad of craft shops and artist studios scattered around the County. Paint your own pottery or watch glassblowing, find out about cheese making and love spoons, visit the chocolate farm and wool mill.

We would be most remiss if we did not mention some of the dozens of theme and activity parks that abound in Pembrokeshire. Oakwood, Folly Farm, Heatherton, Heronsbrook, Dinasour Park and Henllys fort, Crystal Maze and Tenpin bowling, Indoor and Outdoor Go-Karts and Clerkenhill Frisbee golf range.

Food is obtainable from sumptuous banquets to cream teas. Cosy inns offer pub grub; restaurants ply you with food from around the world, whilst cafes proffer delicious snacks and beverages. Why not treat yourself to fish and chips on the harbour to end the day.
