Eirianfa Bed and Breakfast looks out over Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, a quiet, pretty village in the Tanat valley, close to the Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall - one of the Seven Wonders of Wales and 60 feet higher than Niagara!

Eirianfa's stylish and comfortable rooms enjoy great views of the village and surrounding countryside. We have the the Berwyn Mountains on the doorstep and Lake Vyrnwy, Bala and Snowdonia are not so far away. A great base for exploring Wales, Shropshire and even Cheshire. Three excellent National trust properties - Powys Castle, Chirk Castle and Erddig are all less than 50 minutes away. Shrewsbury and Chester are easy to get to too. And in between there are lots of interesting little places to see. . Expect a very warm welcome at Eirianfa, a comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast.

Dinner is available by arrangement and is always cooked fresh for you using, where possible, local produce. We do our best to cater for all diets and we mean it when we say nothing is too much trouble. We can also provide a packed lunch or buffet.

Consider having a small get together or celebration at Eirianfa... It's a great base for outdoor activities and if some of your party don't fancy braving the elements we're not really all that far from 'civilisation'.
