Croesco/Welcome to Hafan Heulog.

Our B&B is set in the picturesque Welsh hills in the heart of spectacular Mid-Wales.
We have very comfortable accommodation. Two double rooms (one with newly fitted ensuite) One twin room. Double and twin room share a bathroom which consists of bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin. Tea & Coffee making facilities, TV, Hair dryer provided in all bedrooms.

Guests Lounge/diner with TV & playstation. (check out our website) Free WiFi connection.

We have many seating areas around the gardens for you to enjoy with fantastic views.
We have our own chickens, so fresh eggs will be provided with your full english breakfast!

This really is a fantastic location with amazing views directly from our house.

We are situated just outside the lovely town of Llanfyllin, which is less than 10 minutes walk where you can find places to eat: The Seeds Restaurant, Cain Hotel, Something Tasty Cafe, Local Fish and Chip shop.

Lake Vyrnwy is a mere nine miles away and Lake Bala 21 miles. We are also only 16 miles from the Shropshire town of Oswestry. Shrewsbury town (40 minute drive) where they hold an annual Flower Show 12th & 13 August 2011.

Places for shopping: Welshpool, Oswestry, Wrexham, Chester, Shrewsbury and Telford.

Other places of interest: Powys Castle & Gardens. Pistyll Rhaeadr. Snowdonia National Park. Ffestiniog Railway. Fairbourne Railway. Portmeirion.

Nearest beaches are Aberdyfi and Barmouth.

There are many walks directly from the house.

This is also a birdwatchers paradise, where we have regular visits from Buzzards flying just over the house. I even saw a Red Kite about a month ago! (First time in this location)
Their are many other birds to be seen, but I don't have time to name them all!
