colin and myself have been staying with ray and gill at keighley house for about ten years and always look forward to our weekends with them. they are both very friendly and make us welcome . we are always greeted with a smile. the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the breakfast sets us up for the day. it was only during our visit last week end that i discovered there was a web site ! so having stayed with them so many times i felt i should tell everyone who visits the site what an enjoyable experience it is to stay at keighley house . we are both looking forward to our next visit .

i have been going to keighley house since i was a baby and i am now 22 it is a lovley place to go gill and ray are really nice and the facilities are great i greatly advise anyone who visits blackpool to stay there.

We have been going to Ray and Gills for seven years and they make Blackpool holidays for us. Its more like staying with relatives than a B&B, our son is eight now and always looks forward to staying at Ray and Gills. Wouldnt go anywhere else in Blackpool. Hope to spend many more breaks there.

Stayed at keighley house for two days and found it to be a very warm and friendley place. The room on the ground floor was a little small but the bed was very comfatable, and the full english breakfast was very good.
Will most certanley be staying there again.

I have stayed at Keighley House several times now, Ray and Gillian are brilliant hosts. The guest house is a lovely, friendly and welcoming place and i recommend it to anyone.
