Many walks to the fells are easily accessed directly from the house without the use of a car. Our comfortable B&B offers comfortable rooms which all have en-suite or private shower/bathroom. All our rooms are centrally heated and have TV, tea/coffee making, hairdryers and many other features.

Keswick in the Northern Lakes is situated at the head of Derwent Water, which is widely considered 'The Jewel Of The Lakes'. A motor launch can take you across the lake to walk on the Fells or just a gentle stroll on the lakeshore. Bassenthwaite Lake is just two miles away. Buttermere, Crummock Water, Lowes Water, Thirlmere, Ullswater and Grasmere are all within easy reach by car or regular Bus service.
Please come and visit our Website where you will see many photos of our house and much more information on the house and the wider area. The History of Keswick is a fascinating story and we have a short version on our Website. Links to more photos, walks etc are also available.
