We are set in a prime location at the entrance to Mudeford Quay in the fishing village of Mudeford, which is near to the historic priory town of Christchurch Dorset on the south coast.
We offer off street parking during your stay up until 10am on departure day.
Seapoint is a few minutes walk away from Mudeford Quay and sandy Avon Beach.
At the Quay there are The Haven Pub, Mudeford Fish Stall, Highcliffe Sailing Club, Boats for sea-fishing trips and the Ferry to Mudeford sand bank for beach huts, Hengistbury Head.
Children can go 'crabbing' from the Quay, suitable lines are available from the local shops.
The MCA training centre is just a short walk away along Avon Beach.
Christchurch Local attractions include nearby New Forest, Highcliffe-on-Sea, Sandy Avon and Friars Cliff Beaches, picturesque Mudeford Quay, Standpit Marsh Nature Reserve and Historic Hengistbury Head.
There is good surfing on the new artificial surfing reef at Boscombe is just 20 minutes drive from Seapoint.
Just a short stroll from Seapoint B&B to Sandhills Caravan Park, Avon Beach where golden sands, walking, swimming and windsurfing maybe enjoyed. Local shops, restaurants and pubs nearby.
The Coastguard MCA Training Centre at Steamer Point and just a 5 minutes drive away.
Towns nearby include, The Historic Town of Christchurch with its beautiful priory, Bournemouth town centre for shopping as well as Highcliffe village and Lymington town Saturday market with easy access to the Isle of Wight with a regular ferry service.
Bournemouth International Airport is in easy reach of Seapoint at 15 minutes drive.
A bus service to and from Lymington and Bournemouth passes Seapoint every half hour.
