This house is the envy of entire locality with several requests for just a peek - it is so aesthetic and well-built. It is great if you appreciate silence, beauty and nature. It is tucked away yet connected enough with all amenities of city life. As it is part of a residence, with residential staff, it is never left unattended.

Though it is meant for double occupancy, but, in case you book it for single occupancy, a second guest will not be taken, so as to safeguard your privacy.

Large airy room - 16' x 21’ with sloping roof & marble flooring (incl kitchenette), accessed from a terrace, reached by stairs through terrace garden. Has front terrace, balconies at the back and on one side, opening on to green views, allowing light and air into the room.

In-built Kitchenette equipped with induction, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, water filter, basic cookware, crockery, cutlery & containers.

Attached private bathroom with wooden ceiling, equipped with shower cubicle with shower panel, bucket-mug & shower stool, English WC, Washbasin counter, storage cupboard, Hot water geyser, anti-skid mat. Basic toiletries provided (toilet paper, hand wash, shampoo, body wash).

Room equipped with 2 cedar wood single beds (6' x 3') with a bedside table, 1 day bed (6.25' x 2.33'), 2 work tables (suitable for laptop) along with chairs, 1 sideboard with storage, lockable drawers (5.33' x 1.25'), 2 full-sized wooden lockable wardrobes with hangars, 1 teak wood dressing table with drawers and a stool, 1 coffee table, 2 luggage stands. Terrace equipped with 2 loungers n 2 chairs, a side table/stool.

TV, Wi-fi, AC, power back-up included, ample outdoor parking. Amenities on chargeable basis – Iron, Washing machine, Indoor parking (for one car). Contact numbers for home collection-delivery of laundry, food delivery, medical etc. Vegetarian breakfast included (with/without eggs).

Reliable Security & Serving staff (has served the family for over 30 years). High standard of hygiene and cleanliness – included in the tariff daily cleaning, regular linen & towel change, airing of bedding, etc.

Guests will have access to the terrace and lawn outside the bedroom.

At a 7 minute drive is The Gnostic Centre - an integral learning community located inside a horse-breeding farm, that offers several programs & facilities (including a quaint cafe, yoga studio and a gym) for adults and children. The Centre facilitates growth of consciousness and is engaged in spirituality, education and ecology.
