The guest rooms have been upgraded to a high standard this year to help you feel truly at home, and the building retains its traditional, impressive Edwardian characteristics.

One of our first floor rooms has a wonderful view of Morecambe Bay.

Each tastefully furnished B & B guest room is ensuite and provides:

Two of our Bed & Breakfast rooms are twin rooms, each with two single beds. These have a flexible layout to enable them to become a luxurious superking size bed if preferred.

The remaining three rooms all provide a double bed.

Close to the amenities in Grange, including Promenade, duck pond and parade of independent shops, yet just minutes drive to Windermere, Kendal and Coniston, this is a perfect base for exploring the Lake District.
