Welcome to the Belle Dene Guest House perfectly situated approx 100 yards from Paignton seafront and next to Victoria Park. We are one of the few guest houses in Paignton with the benefit of it's own Private onsite Car Park.

We have Double and Single Rooms all with Hot/Cold Water, Wash Basin, Colour Television, Tea / Coffee making facilities, shaver points and central heating radiators. Toilet / Shower / Bathroom facilities all on two floors. Start the day with a glass of orange juice, a bowl of cereals, a Full English Breakfast all followed by Toast and a selection of preserves and marmalades, together with a Pot of Tea or Coffee, served every day from 8.30 a.m to 9.00 a.m. at separare tables. Bed and Breakfast rates start at £20 per person, per night to £24 per night, with Evening Meals being charged at £10 per person, per meal. Discounts on all weekly bookings. Small dogs most welcome at a supplement of £2 per night. Packed lunches also available by arrangement.

A short level stroll takes you to the shops, entertainment, cafes, restaurants, etc. and Paignton has its very own multiscreen cinema. Rail and Coach Stations are just a short walk away.

There is also plenty to do and see in Paignton and surrounding areas.
Take the Steam Train down to Kingswear and cross on the Ferry to Dartmouth, after a wander around here maybe stopping for a spot of lunch, take the Boat up the River Dart where included is a running commentary of things happening, people who live or have lived along the River throughout history. Arrive in Totnes, a historic town, where you can then catch the Bus back to Paignton.

Every Wednesday during the Summer a Bike Night is held along Paignton Seafront so if you are a Motor Bike enthusiast or even if you are not, Paignton is the place to be. Paignton is only 3 miles away from Torquay, which is worth a visit and is totally different to Paignton. The other side of Paignton you will find Brixham, a small fishing village.

If you like walking why not take to the Moors. Here you will find Dartmoor Ponies who will gladly pose for a picture in exchange for a small morsel of food.
