Boutique rooms available in family run Georgian house

Come and visit us at our Boutique B and B.

Court House is a large shabby chic family home with many comings and goings, if you arrive before 6 we can serve you tea or hot chocolate or after 6 a glass of wine or a beer.

A short stroll will take you to our local pub the Loddiswell Inn that serves a full menu every evening.

Loddiswell, in South Devon, lies at the top of a valley and is a very old village with a local shop a post office and a fantastic cafe based within a truly great garden centre which is a 10 minute country walk down a hill, there are also walks from the door and lovely views down the valley

You might be met by a black Labrador on the drive or if it's sunny by me in the garden.

We follow a relaxed atmosphere but we want you to have a lovely experience so we give you the best of everything and help you to experience this beautiful area with advice and experience.

We have 2 double rooms (one can be set up as a twin) and a shower room.
You have the use of a snug living/kitchen which has it's own open fire sofa TV and music.

We love good food so what ever you want for breakfast will be locally sourced.
I can also cater for special diets or children.
If you arrive late or you have a little family I can cook for you but this does need to be pre organised.

Alternatively I can provide you with a beach BBQ to take to a little cove.
Loddiswell is 5 minutes from the market town of Kingsbridge, and half an hour from Plymouth, Totnes and Cornwall.

Kingsbridge has shops, cafes and restaurants as well as art galleries and a fantastic little cinema; there is the possibility of even ordering a takeaway to have in the snug.
There is so much to do from here, beaches for swimming, surfing and rivers to explore.

In Cornwall there are 2 world famous gardens to visit

The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project.
And of course the beautiful Moor is almost on our door, with its spiritual landmarks and the breath taking views.

Plymouth has a beautiful old town called the Barbican, which has many trendy bars and restaurants and many shops.
