No2 Broadgate B&B is perched high above the town of Barnstaple in one of the 5 oldest Saxon settlements in England, Pilton. A majestic Georgian residence built in 1611 with great views over the town and countryside beyond.

Each room is luxurious and different from the other and is furnished with stunning pieces that make this little gem stand out from most other B&B establishments. The bathrooms are luxurious with fluffy white towels and wonderful toiletries for you to try.

Breakfast is our speciality and we offer a wonderful range of local organic produce and breads from our local bakery.

We are close to The Tarka trail and The Southwest Coast path for all your cycling and walking routes. These routes take you round our breathtaking North Devon coastline. We are also just a fifteen minute drive to Exmoor National Park with its stunning scenery, walks and wildlife.

No2 Broadgate B&B is ideally located near to all of North Devons blue flag beaches such as Croyde Bay, Woolacombe Bay, Saunton Sands and Putsborough Beach. These are all to the north of No. 2 Broadgate and to the south we have Instow with its wonderful beach and marina, Appledore and Westwood Ho another popular surfing beach .

We accept children of any age but do not accept pets as we have our own delightful house cats Marley and Lola.
