Woodland House B&B

Nigel and Victoria Beken would like to welcome you to Woodland House.

We have two rooms - one double and one twin, ideally suited to families or couples. Both rooms have refreshment facilities, LCD TVs with DVD players and hairdryers. Wireless internet access is available throughout the house. Rooms are serviced daily.

We are situated between Bournemouth and the historic town of Christchurch and close to the New Forest. Bournemouth town centre is about 3.5 miles away by car or you can walk along the promenade and enjoy the beautiful, sandy beaches along the way. Hengistbury Head and Christchurch are approximately 4 miles to the east. The Isle of Purbeck and the Jurassic Coast are a short distance away across the toll ferry at Sandbanks.

The new Boscombe surf reef is close by with pubs and restaurants along the promenade.

There is a Bowls Club across the road which, in season, serves lunches and teas and there is a café a short walk along the clifftop with spectacular sea views from the Isle of Wight to Poole and Sandbanks, together with a number of pubs along the cliff road.

Bournemouth has many varied restaurants, the B.I.C., cinemas, shopping, etc. and the train and coach stations are approximately 10 minutes away by taxi.

There are plenty of attractions to suit all age groups from galleries and exhibitions to adventure parks and Monkey World for children.

Arrivals and Check-Out:
We would request that you arrive after 12.30pm unless by prior arrangement. Check-out should be by 10.30am on your day of departure.

Payment:
We do not accept credit or debit cards; therefore, payment is required by either cash or cheque only

Children under five years of age are accepted by prior arrangement. Please notify us when enquiring.
