Greenwood Guest House is a Victorian property with some original features and stripped wood throughout to give that feeling of character.

We have six well appointed rooms, three of which are en-suite and offering double, twin and family accommodation.

All rooms have central heating, sinks, tea/coffee facilities, remote control colour tv and radio alarm clocks.

We are in a perfect position for the town centre, beach and inner harbour and are also just a 2 minute walk from the Radipole Nature Reserve and just over the road from the Rodwell walking/cycling Trail. The Condor ferry terminal is just a 5 minute drive, so we are ideal for those stopping over on their way to / way back from the Channel Islands.

We are an ideal base for exploring the Dorset countryside, walking the South West Coast Path or just spending a few days relaxing around Weymouth.

Weymouth and Portland are also a favourite for watersport enthusiasts, with sailing, kitesurfing, diving etc. available nearby.

We have parking at the front of the house, and have lockable storage space available for bikes, watersport equipment etc.
